BUILDING PLANS FOR EXTENSION OF BALCONIES APPROVED BY DDA
Congratulations, I believe this approval has taken years of effort. Please congratulate (and perhaps mention) all those who helped make this possible. Thank you very much. May our society become move beautiful by the day. May the flats become more spacious and may we eventually create space or avenues for children to express their energy.
The word cooperate means - Act jointly; work toward the same end. What does this mean to you in the context of a housing society. Please share your thoughts.
I agree with comment No.3. This MC has always acted alone. They have only increased our expenses in every aspect. Now they will ask us to pay for the balcony also. It is surprising why people vote for them and invite trouble.
It seems like a big expense, but the value of houses should go up by about 25 lakh each. Of course for an old people living in these houses, the escalation may not amount to much. At the most it must be an added security, but only if they can afford the price of building the balcony. Here is hoping the project helps everyone. May we all be prosperous and live in harmony.
