The expense report is absolutely excellent. I notice that as opposed to the years gone by, a larger proportion of funds is being used for repairs such as the kids swings, gardening expenses, water pumps ...
I am curious to know about the bank loan. What is it about? It was also good to see the Diwali expense. How does it compare to the Independence day or other events the society organizes. Btw, the expenditures for Aug 2011 are not posted on the blog. Thought Id let you know.
The water tanker expense is also huge ... maybe in the long term ... something can be done through water harvesting. And maybe greener lighting options could reduce the Electricity bill for common areas ...
