RANA CASE UPDATE 2: ORDER OF THE COMMISSIONER APPOINTED BY THE HIGH COURT AND INSPECTION OF FLAT NOs. 53 AND 164

The meeting between Counsel of the Society, Shri AS Rana and Shri Kafeel Ahmed, Commissioner appointed by the Delhi High Court was scheduled to be held on 13th Aug 2013. The same was preponed and held at 4.00 PM in the Delhi High Court on 12th Aug 2013. Shri DS Patiyal, Advocate attended the meeting on behalf of the Society. The Commissioner's written order is given below.

Shri Tek Chand Gupta, representing Shri Sudarshan Chwla came to the Society at 3.00 PM on 14th Aug 2013 to inspect Flat Nos. 53 and 164. He was received in the Society office by Shri AK Malpani, President Shri VS Nagar and Shri LC Tomar, both members of the Management Committee. Col Jagdish Madan, Retd was present. The President answered all queries raised by Shri Shri TC Gupta pertaining to the Society. These were as under:-

   (a)   Size of the Society plot          -   2.11 Acres.

   (b)   No of flats in the Society       -   166.

   (c)   No of flats in each Block       -   55 each in 'A' and 'C' Blocks and 56 flats in 'B' Block.

   (d)   Power backup to each flat     -   1000 watts.

   (e)   Advantages of the location of the Society.
   (f)    Future  development plans of the Society.

Note:   All documents requested for by Shri TC Gupta were handed over to him.

Thereafter, Shri TC Gupta, accompanied by the MC members proceeded to inspect Flat Nos. 53 and 164.
