Shri KD Saksena, IAS spoke to me via intercom at 01.00 PM immediately after my letter was delivered to him. He requested for a discussion on the subject. Unfortunately I had other commitments and could not take his offer. However, he said that "every decree passed by the courts is not executable" and that the auction of Flat N0s. 53 & 164 could not be carried out as it would be against the law. He advised filing of an FIR against the Contractor, Shri AS Rana for obtaining a decree from the courts based on false documents submitted by him.

If you find yourself worrying about everything that could go wrong or problems that you need to solve, redirect your thoughts. Breath deeply and think about something relaxing or pleasant.
