AUCTION OF FLAT NOs 53 & 164: COURT COMMISSIONER'S ORDER AND NEGOTIATIONS WITH SHRI AS RANA
No information on outcome of negotiation! DDA's notice on auction also needs to be advised. Its time that a sr. advocate is appointed to handle settlement with Rana in court and response to DDA. Present advocate has not been able to object to Rana's claim and settlement thereof.
It is regretted that no information on negotiations with Mr AS Rana was given in this entry. As a matter of fact, the negotiations failed as Mr AS Rana refused to make any concession to the Society and demanded Rupees one crore and eighty eight lacs; a sum much in excess of his dues. He also refused to explain the logic of his calculation and arriving at that sum.
While loading yourself down with a big meal before bedtime is a bad idea, you also want to avoid dealing with hunger and sleeplessness at the same time.
