The corrected drawings for 'As Built' and 'Revised' building plans were submitted to the DDA for approval on 13th May 2010. The revised building plans include the balconies to be constructed as per Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 166. The whole project has been delayed by the DDA pointing out a few flaws at a time after an interval of three to four months.
