This new section is being introduced in order to keep the members informed of any new or important Notices issued by the Society. The Notices of the month will be published on this blog at the end of each month starting from Aug 2010. The important Notices issued this month are given below:

During the Annual General Body (AGB) Meeting held on 25th Dec 2007, the A.G.B had taken a decision on the basis of Section 93 (2) of the DCS Act 2003 that all repairs of defects inside a flat have to be got done by the flat owners in keeping with the provisions of Section 93 (3 & 4) of DCS Act 2003. In case of damage caused in the flat below as a result of seepage, the repairs and the cost of removing the damage will be shared equally by both the flat owners (in case of seepage only).
