4. Payment of ‘Transfer Fee’, ‘Share Money’ & ‘Admission Fee’. Copy to be attached with application.
5. Submit resignation letter from the membership of owner
6. Must return the owner’s Share Certificate in original.
7. Eligibility Certificate to become the member of the Society.
8. M.C. Resolution granting membership.
9. Residence Proof of earlier residence
10. Nomination (on the prescribed format.)
11. Car Parking Affidavit, if applicable.
