SOCIETY NORMS FOR TENANTS

INTRODUCTION
In the interest of ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the Society and overall good of residents in the Society, it is essential to lay down a clearly defined common code of conduct by all the tenants / members. All tenants / members are requested to adhere to these norms implicitly.
PAYMENT OF DUES
Payment of all dues including monthly maintenance will be the responsibility of the flat owner and the MC will not get involved in the recovery of the same from the tenant. Tenants will only be permitted to move in once the flat owner has cleared all his dues. The electricity & Water bill is placed on the Notice Board on 1st of every month. Residents must clear the bills by 10th every month. Thereafter a late fee @ Rs.10/- per day will be charged till the date of payment. Electricity connection will be disconnected thereafter.
SECURITY
Entry / exit of Trucks with house hold goods is allowed during day time from 9 AM to 6 PM only. Please make sure lifts should not be used for carrying luggage and other house hold goods while shifting in or out.
In the interest of security, the tenants will register their vehicle(s) with the Society office prior to moving in for their vehicles and collect a sticker / gate pass to enable the guards to allow the vehicles into the Society. There being little parking space within the Society compound, tenants are advised to request their visitors to park their vehicles outside the Security Gate.
All tenants, who are having their personal servants residing with them, are required to obtain necessary passes from Society office. Ayas and house servants will only be engaged after due verification by the Police and intimating such details to the Society office in writing.
GENERAL
(1) If the flat owner has no Garage in his possession, the tenants will not use vacant garages for parking vehicles. Only open parking will be used for parking vehicles along the rear boundary wall.

(2) Visitors and relatives staying overnight will do so only with permission of the Security In-charge / Society office.
(3) All garages will be kept clean and free space to avoid fire hazard. The parking space is the property of the Society and will only be utilised for parking of vehicles. No boxes, furniture, packing material and waste will be allowed to be stored in the parking space.

(6) Please ensure safety and proper use of lifts. Children are required to be educated not to play with control buttons of lifts, other electrical panels, fire equipment and fountain in front of the Block ‘A’.
(7) Please ensure that children do not play cricket and football in the compound of the Society. This may lead to breakage of windowpanes, windscreens of vehicles parked in the parking area.
(8) Please ensure that greenery of the lawns and hedges is maintained and no plucking of flowers.
(9) Please note that Society office is informed about vacating of the flat at least three days in advance. Tenants are advised to clear all dues including electricity, maintenance and water charges before vacating the flat.
