BONE DENSITY TEST ORGANISED IN THE SOCIETY

India Limited organised a 'Bone Density Test' camp in the Society. For a registration fee of Rs. 100/-, people were electronically tested for their bone density and given a complimentary pack of calcium supplement.

Over a hundred people benefitted from the camp.

DDA's WATER SUPPLY ERRATIC

The DDA did not supply a drop of water on 23rd and 27th of Aug 2011 forcing the MC to procure it through private tankers. A complaint is being filed with the civic agency.


All residents are requested to kindly ensure that no water is wasted.

UNCLAIMED CAR & SCOOTY WITH NO SECURITY STICKER REMOVED FROM SOCIETY PREMISES

On 21st Aug 2011 an Indica Car and a Scooty

were removed by the Police from the Society premises on a complaint filed by the MC. The pictures and the video posted here say the rest:

CHANGE OF SECURITY AGENCY

1. Due to lack of effective security being provided by M/s Public Security Services & Placement, the current security agency, it has been decided by the MC to change the agency and hire the services of ‘Sea Hawk Security Services’ with effect from mid night 15th Sep 2011. Since the security guards will be new and would not recognize residents during entry / exit from the Main / Rear Gates, residents are requested to kindly show restraint and identify themselves, whenever asked by the new guards to do so.

2. Also kindly ensure that your vehicle(s) have the mandatory security sticker of the Society prominently posted on your car(s) / two wheeler(s) to avoid any inconvenience. The ACP Dwarka Police has personally instructed the President & Secretary that no vehicle without the security sticker should be permitted entry into the Society premises. Although instructions to this effect had already been passed by the MC earlier, the same will be strictly enforced.

3. Security stickers are available in the Society office on payment of Rs. 10/-.

CELEBRATION OF JANMASHTAMI

Janmashtami or Gokulashtami as it is popularly known in North India is a festival full of joy and gaiety. It celebrates with great pomp and show, the birth of Lord Krishna who was born more than 5000 years ago in the 28th year of Dwapur Yug. It is one of the most celebrated festivals for Hindus not only in India but also, all over the world. Janmashtami is about the joy, people all over the world feel for their beloved Lord Krishna.


The residents of Din Society are celebrating the “Janmashtami” festival on Monday, the 22nd August 2011 between 7 P.M. and 9 P.M. in the car parking space situated just below the Flat No. 1, where Society’s Office is functioning.


All are cordially invited to participate in the celebration.
