ReplyDeleteWhat is the balance sheet like? I believe when the last management took over, the society owed 6000.00 rupees and had many law suites. Hopefully, there has been some saving this time.
ReplyDeleteDin Society is well maintained and now its stays with competent Management Committee (Congrats to the entire selcted MC). One area which needs to be addressed is its outer boundary wall which is unfinished and spoils the esthetics of the whole nicely constructed society.
ReplyDeleteYes, finishing the outer boundary wall is a good idea. It would be good to understand a schedule. Maybe we (people who are not on the MC) can help kick start the project again. Management committee, please let us know if you require any help from us.
